Racing Optics, Inc. has filed a complaint against Aevoe Corp. in the U.S. District Court for Nevada, alleging that certain of Aevoe’s Moshi-brand touchscreen protectors infringe three of Racing Optics’ U.S. Patents, numbers 9,128,545, 9,104,256, and 8,974,620. Infringement is claimed against Moshi’s iVisor AG, iVisor XT, and iVisor Glass touchscreen protectors to the extent they incorporate Racing Optics’ innovative “air bearing” touchscreen protector technology. Racing Optics seeks to enjoin Aevoe from making, using or selling infringing iVisor products, and to recover damages for Aevoe’s infringement.
